The South Is Demonized

You older subscribers will recognize this but I want to be sure you are reminded and the newcomers are informed.

I once knew a Korean lady that remembered Japan’s 30 year occupation of Korea. It was not a benevolent occupation. As a young child she was compelled to attend the Korean school where the speaking of Korean was forbidden. She was not taught anything about Korean culture, traditions, history, etc. They even prohibited the practice of their national sport (Tae Kwon Do). Yet, the culture survived and here is how.

The children went to the Jap schools and learned to speak Japanese (which she did quite well). The families “went along with the program” during the day. But at night, the parents and grand parents held school in the home where they taught the Korean language, history, etc, etc, etc. — everything about the culture.

Folks, “we” (Southerners and other kindred deplorables) are at that point today. If we do not teach our children ourselves, they won’t be taught anything but Marxist propaganda. Here is a tool (the book) you will find useful and enjoyable. — jtl, 419

About Land & Livestock Interntional, Inc.

Land and Livestock International, Inc. is a leading agribusiness management firm providing a complete line of services to the range livestock industry. We believe that private property is the foundation of America. Private property and free markets go hand in hand—without property there is no freedom. We also believe that free markets, not government intervention, hold the key to natural resource conservation and environmental preservation. No government bureaucrat can (or will) understand and treat the land with as much respect as its owner. The bureaucrat simply does not have the same motives as does the owner of a capital interest in the property. Our specialty is the working livestock ranch simply because there are so many very good reasons for owning such a property. We provide educational, management and consulting services with a focus on ecologically and financially sustainable land management that will enhance natural processes (water and mineral cycles, energy flow and community dynamics) while enhancing profits and steadily building wealth.
