Bundy update Sat PM

Reports from the Bundy Ranch . . . morning of April 12, 2014
Posted on April 12, 2014 by Jean

5 minutes ago — Excellent news! AT&T just messaged the Bundy Families phones and stated the following: “AT&T supports Cliven Bundy and family in there (sic) time of struggle”

This is great news and shows that we have support from all around, people are sticking up for what they believe even large companies. We hope that you will do the same!

10 hours ago — Once again! The cell service as well as internet communication in this area is not being shut down! Share this to squash that rumor!

This part of the region has always had slower end of internet and cell service due to our location and being away from large cities etc.

Again, I repeat, we are here. Please stop saying that we do not have signal! Thank you.

11 hours ago — Clark County Sheriff Douglas Gillespie will be meeting with Cliven Bundy tomorrow at 9 A.M. We want as many people there as possible! We want all news people that can be there to show up as well! We will be doing this at the flag poles at the protesting area! Thank you so much! Keep this spreading! Thanks to Patricia Maas.

A Handbook for Ranch ManagersA Handbook for Ranch Managers.  In keeping with the “holistic” idea that the land, the livestock, the people and the money should be viewed as a single integrated whole: Part I deals with the management of the natural resources. Part II covers livestock production and Part III deals with the people and the money. Not only would this book make an excellent basic text for a university program in Ranch Management, no professional ranch manager’s reference bookshelf should be without it. It is a comprehensive reference manual for managing the working ranch. The information in the appendices and extensive bibliography alone is worth the price of the book.

Planned Grazing: A Study Guide and Reference ManualPlanned Grazing: A Study Guide and Reference Manual. This is the ideal squeal to A Handbook for Ranch Managers.  Although the ecological principles remain the same, what was originally known as “The Savory Grazing Method” now answers to a multitude of different names: ranching for profit, holistic management, managed grazing, mob grazing, management intensive grazing, etc. Land & Livestock International, Inc. uses “Restoration Grazing” under its “Managing the Ranch as a Business” program.” No mater what you call it, this summary and synopsis will guide you step by step through the process and teach you how to use it as it was originally intended. No more excuses for failing to complete your grazing plans.

About Land & Livestock Interntional, Inc.

Land and Livestock International, Inc. is a leading agribusiness management firm providing a complete line of services to the range livestock industry. We believe that private property is the foundation of America. Private property and free markets go hand in hand—without property there is no freedom. We also believe that free markets, not government intervention, hold the key to natural resource conservation and environmental preservation. No government bureaucrat can (or will) understand and treat the land with as much respect as its owner. The bureaucrat simply does not have the same motives as does the owner of a capital interest in the property. Our specialty is the working livestock ranch simply because there are so many very good reasons for owning such a property. We provide educational, management and consulting services with a focus on ecologically and financially sustainable land management that will enhance natural processes (water and mineral cycles, energy flow and community dynamics) while enhancing profits and steadily building wealth.
